2.1 Consideration of new members.

Motion Moved by Ben Holmes to accept all members, seconded Tui, Carried (unanimous).

2.2 Members meeting

Motion moved that the Annual General Members Meeting is to be called by Ben Holmes for the 27th June and nominations are to be called for up to 7 executive committee members (including possible re-election of current members).

Nominations are now open and nominations will be taken at the meeting.
